We encourage feedback on anything you read in Energy Source Magazine.  You can contact us using several different media.  Send email responses to Energy Source, or to the Public Affairs Office.  You mail your comments to Energy Source, Defense Energy Support Center, Public Affairs Office, 8725 John J. Kingman Rd., Suite 4950, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6222. 

In addition to your comments, we welcome your story ideas and accept unsolicited manuscripts.  Please submit all stories for consideration via e-mail in a text format. Remember to include the name, phone number and address of the author.  All photographs should include captions of the activity and a list of the people in the photo.  Photos may be submitted via mail or electronically via e-mail (as digital images).  Action photographs have the highest probability of making it to print.

Authority: 5 U.S.C. 301, Departmental Regulations, and 10 U.S.C. 133, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics.

Purpose(s): Data is collected and maintained for the purpose of producing subscription mailing lists for the distribution of DLA publications, and to perform statistical analyses of reader interest and opinion.

Routine uses: Data may be provided under any of the DoD “Blanket Routine Uses” published at http://www.dod.mil/privacy/notices/blanket-uses.html.

Disclosure: Voluntary; however, if you fail to provide all the requested information DLA may not be able to fulfill your request for a DLA publication.
